Features of the Park:
A. The only airport logistics park in China that is capable of providing sea, land and air services at the same time;
B. Four major planned functional facilities within the Park: air freight center, bonded logistics center, adjacent airport industrial trade park, and sea freight center;
C. Launched functional facilities include: bonded warehouse, export supervision warehouse, airport logistics express freight station, international freight village, international air freight station, customs supervision center for international parcels, joint inspection building, domestic air freight station, and domestic freight village;
D. The Park possesses the civil information service system (CISS) connected to the customs system and the international freight station processing system.
Longhua Logistics Park is established as a land port logistics park, the major project of which is South China International Logistics Center. The Center has multiple service functions including empty containers, heavy containers, import bonded warehousing, export supervised warehouse and cross-border transfer of goods, international freight forwarding, customs declaration agent, insurance agent, etc. Through integrating logistics resources of both Shenzhen and Hong Kong, pursuant to requirements of customs clearance reform of the customs, it is forging an innovative "bonded logistics center" which follows the development trends of modern international logistics.
Pinghu Logistics Park is the only comprehensive logistics park developed with government-oriented investment among the six largest logistics parks planned by the Shenzhen Municipal Government. It is mainly targeted at international logistics, based on regional logistics, and supported by urban distribution logistics. It is forging a large-sized core logistics park rooted in Shenzhen, radiating the Pearl River Delta and influencing the world by strengthening modern functions including highway-railway joint freight, sea-railway joint freight, international transit, wholesales distribution, information services, etc.
Qianhai Bay & Port Logistics Park is one of the most significant logistics parks of Shenzhen. It mainly relies on transportation advantages of western ports, sea freight, railways and highways. Based on regional logistics and focusing on international logistics, it is a comprehensive logistics zone integrating modern logistics functions including international transit, distribution and purchase. The Park is forging a multi-functional "regional comprehensive logistics center" dedicated to servicing the western ports, offering diversified services covering sea, land, air freight, distribution and commercial trade services. Its major functions are the port remedy function, infrastructure support function, and comprehensive logistics service function.
Relying on Yantian Port Container Wharf, the Park has become a comprehensive international logistics knot in South China that radiates to both China and other parts of the world and features multi-functional and park-port integrated operation. The only bonded logistics park of South China approved by the State Council, Yantian Port Bonded Logistics Park where companies can enjoy preferential policies including park-port associated action, drawback of export duties and 24-hour customs supervision,, is situated at the Park. The area of launched export supervised warehouses within the Park accounts for 70% of that of China. It is currently the largest domestic export supervised warehouse base.
Shenzhen Sungang-Qingshuihe Logistics Park is situated at the north of the central area of Shenzhen and is to the east of Honglingbei Road, to the north of Sungangdong Road and to the west of Wenjinbei Road. With an area of 4.74km2, the Park will make a modern city service cluster area integrating logistics information, business service, bonded logistics, modern warehousing, urban distribution, logistics facilities, international bulk commodity exhibition, purchase and trade, and relevant supporting facilities, and will become the backyard service base for modern logistics enterprises of Hong Kong.
