1. The Business-Inviting and Investment-Introducing Service Office of Futian District is responsible for the organization and coordination of business invitation and investment introduction. Investment Promotion Sector of Luohu District Government

1. Introduction to the Investment Promotion Sector
Luohu District Bureau of Economy & Trade (Tourism Bureau) is an integrated functional sector for macroscopic economy management and industry management of Luohu District Government. There are departments and offices including the bureau office, industry and trade section, market section, tourism section, business inviting section, foreign project examination and approval section, economic operation section, agricultural development office(economic collaboration office), and the district enterprise service center.

2. Function:
Examination and Approval
a. Being responsible for the examination and approval, alteration, registration certificate issuing, and tax-free imported equipment confirmation for new foreign-invested projects of the encouraged type and allowed type in Luohu District in accordance with the Foreign-invested Industry Direction Catalog and in compliance with Shenzhen’s industrial policies, but special projects which need integrated coordination and balance by superintended departments of the municipality are excluded.
b. Being responsible for initial examination of tourism enterprises in the district.
c. Being responsible for new projects in the category of Three types of Processing Plus Compensation Trades，and handling procedures of renewal, termination, supplement and alteration, etc.

a. Implementing guidelines, policies, statutes and byelaws of the city, province and state about industry, agriculture, business and trade, tourism, and foreign investment utilization, and assisting in drafting middle and long-term plans and annual plans.

Bao’an District Government has set up the united working and servicing center for investment and the complaint center for enterprises. b. Longgang District Investment Service Center
Shenzhen Longgang District Investment Service Center was set up by Longgang District Government for the purpose of further optimizing the investment environment, increasing strength of business inviting and investment attracting, and promoting the economy of the whole district, and also for full-sided development of the society. The center is a government-guided investment service organization that is affiliated to Longgang District Government. Invested and set up by the government, it’s under the leadership, and shall be responsible to, the district government.

The Investment Promotion Sector of Yantian District Government

I. Investment Promotion Section, Yantian District Bureau of Trade & Industry
1. Functions
a. Being responsible for drawing out industry investment policies and management measures of the district, and organizing their implementation and supervision.
b. Compiling and printing propaganda data to recommend the investment environment of Yantian, and organizing various exchanging visits and designated activities for business inviting.
c. e. Collecting data and making analysis of the status of foreign investment utilization and foreign trade of the district.
f. Supervising and analyzing the economic operating trends of trade and industry, and putting forward relevant opinions and suggestions.

II. Functions of Yantian District Investment Service Center
1. Functions
a. Providing investment guidance and investment consultation service, etc. for investors in the district.
b. Be proxy for new foreign-invested enterprises (below USD 30 millions <service trade fields and enterprises that need integrated coordination of the municipal administration superintending departments are excluded>) for the matters of projects establishing, business registration and related procedures, etc.
c. Strengthening communication and connection with relevant departments of the customs, taxation, industry and commerce administration, and fire control, etc; assisting in addressing difficulties and problems met by investors in the process of operation and making foreign investors to feel comfortable.
d. Making propaganda and recommendation of the investment environment of Yantian District; assisting relevant departments of the district government in doing the work of investment attracting and business inviting and holding various product exhibitions; organizing enterprises to participate in foreign and domestic economic and trade activities.
e. Organizing relevant enterprises in the district to join operation trainings, so as to improve diathesis of the enterprises employees.

1. Main Functions
